Note: Registration for the Annual Meeting is required to attend any of the other events listed below.

December 3-4	Higher Education Assessment Forum (pre-conference)	Requires registration for Annual Meeting plus $150 pre-conference fee
December 4	Thursday Banquet	$80
December 5	Friday Luncheon	$60

Note that on-line registration can only be accepted for payment via purchase order or credit card. If paying by check, please submit a hard-copy registration form along with your check via regular mail.
